This Fan made GTA game is a Fraud or a scam 

It looks SOOOO legit until you press story mode

When your press story mode it ask you to add hours so I'm like ok fine,The story gets worse

You have to choose one of these sites and it's probably a scam and I don't want to get a virus on my phone so I did not click any of the sites
