The name means run utilities two but also run you too! infact this little app is perfect to help people starting with running.

Here you can calculate one between Distance, Pace, Time, giving the other two.

You can also estimate the total distance, average pace and total time of a complex workout.

You can estimate a race performance on the base of a past result. Based on Riegel's formula.

A complete list of tests for estimating VO2max, Fitness Level, HRmax...etc (e.g. Cooper Test, Queen's College step test, Yasso test...)

>Workouts

Here you can create and run a "workout": a training session made of one or more phases associated with a music or a vocal message (also auto-recorded).
