We understand the complexity of chronic obesity and offer a holistic approach for long-term weight loss and maintenance.

Our program is one year long. We focus on real food, and our team collaborates with primary care providers directly.

Patients may be eligible for this program if they have:

Body Mass Index over 30 or over 27 with a weight-related condition

Prediabetes or metabolic syndrome

Binge Eating Disorder

Patients who are pregnant, in active chemotherapy or who have had a heart attack in the past six months are not eligible.
