apt.mind is a simple approach to guided mindfulness exercises. Take time for yourself with activities that range from one to five minutes. Personalize your experience by selecting from three areas of practice and 11 activities. With apt.mind, you can also track your progress and view how many minutes you have devoted to your well-being. Designed by the Institute for Translational Research in Children's Mental Health at the University of Minnesota.
