The app gives you a great set of coping skills that are based on proven behavioural science.

Specifically, Staying Free will allow you to:

· Manage high-risk situations by planning ahead and receiving alerts to remind you how to stay safe

· Use ‘urge surfing’ to ride out any cravings or urges rather than giving in to them

· Get active by planning positive activities and receiving alerts to nudge you when it’s time to do them

· Use mindfulness to stay calm whenever you start to feel stressed or wound up

· Keep yourself motivated to stay on the right track
