· Use ‘urge surfing’ to ride out any cravings or urges rather than giving in to them

· Get active by planning positive activities and receiving alerts to nudge you when it’s time to do them

· Use mindfulness to stay calm whenever you start to feel stressed or wound up

· Keep yourself motivated to stay on the right track
