This routine targets core muscles for both toning and definition, as a result you will get a smaller waist. Aim to work out 5 days a week, doing this workout routine 3 times a week, combined with at least 120 minutes of weekly cardiovascular exercise and a healthy diet and you will get a slimmer waistline.
