Step 1: Complete a mood check-in daily
Step 2: Choose an Action to help understand what your going thru and change your mood. Example: Deep Breathing, Listen to Music, Journalling, End of Day Thoughts, Walking, etc.
Step 3: View your Mood, Action, and Routine progress bars and charts often to see how completing a certain Actions can affect your mood.
Step 4: Review your day, week, and month by visiting the Journal, which tracks everything you do in the app.
Step 5: Complete an End of Day Thought to reflect on what you enjoyed about the day.
