Panic attacks are extremely distressing and often lead to significant impairment. If you suffer from panic attack, this app can provide some much needed relief. This app was conceptualized and built by a mental health professional.

We will help you

1)Understand panic attacks.

2)Identify the physical and mental symptoms of panic attacks.

3)Identify your panic cycle.

3)Learn relaxation techniques - A breath trainer with voice prompts and a guided mindfulness exercise to help you stay grounded.

4)Journal your progress.

5)Quotes relating to anxiety appear on the home screen to help you stay motivated.

We take you through a step by step process to beat panic attacks via 6 sections.

In section one - We read about what panic attacks are and what our options are.

In section two - We introduce the physical symptoms of panic. There is a checklist you can fill here.

In section three - We talk about thoughts, cognitive distortions and safety behaviors. There is another checklist to fill here.

In the fourth section, we introduce the panic cycle with an example, you may enter your own panic cycle here.

In the next section, we introduce two very powerful relaxation techniques.

1)The breath trainer, which guides you with visuals and voice to take calm breaths. Relaxed breathing in one of the most effective means of terminating panic attacks.

2)A short, mindfulness-based grounding exercise that can quickly terminate panic attacks.

These will be our weapons against panic.

In section six we introduce our plan, with short instructions in regard to what to do before, during and after a panic attack. Putting all this together will help you effectively gain some relief from panic attacks.

The panic button will take you directly to the relaxation exercises. We also have a panic diary built-in. It will help you identify and review triggers, physical symptoms and coping strategies.

The panic button, accessible as soon as the app opens and on the home screen will serve as first aid for a panic attack, this is meant to provide you with instant panic attack relief. This app will remain free forever. This is the first release and we hope to improve it and add further features with your assistance.
