Hey everyone my name is Lee Adams. My passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic ways possible.

Getting fit and healthy doesn’t have to be difficult, but I get that it feels as though it is.

With so much conflicting and contradictory information out there it can be frustrating and confusing to know where to start.

But guess what? You’re not alone!

Having found a love of fitness competing in a vast array of sports, I became victim to life and over indulgences before kids and work commitments gave me a reason to neglect my own lifestyle and fitness goals.

By producing a dedicated, realistic plan I was able to reignite my love of fitness and this led me to eventually competing in Natural Bodybuilding, winning UK and International titles and representing Team UK at the Euro/World and Mr. Universe Championships, making the podium at each.

Anything is possible by changing your mindset, overcoming obstacles and adapting everyday behaviours enabling you to progress your performance, motivation and lifestyle. Dedicated is devoted to the task of allowing you to achieve whatever is most important to you.

I have been in and around the fitness industry since 2001, I have encountered lots of differing scenarios in that time, Dedicated Coaching helps give you the tools you need to succeed through devoted fitness behaviour and mindset changes.
