This app is a real personal trainer. Push Ups will help you count the number of pumps you do, but also calculates the calories lost during each exercise and establishes a workout plan that builds on your daily progress and the condition of your body.
In training mode, the app will establish a reasonable workout plan based on your age and the condition of your body. The training plan will be divided into six levels each containing several series of pumps. The training plan for the next level will be based on your current performance. For each level, the app will reevaluate the state of your body and readjust the training plan accordingly.
You can let the app count your pumps by using the proximity sensor or by entering them manually.

If you cannot do a traditional push up now, do not worry. There are a variety of exercises you can do that will prepare you for traditional push ups. If you are a beginner, start with wall, tabletop or incline push ups. Once you have mastered these, move on to knee push ups and positive or negative-form push ups. Additionally, by strengthening the muscles you use to perform push ups, such as your shoulders, pectorals, and abdomen, you will be one step closer to performing traditional push ups.
