The Skill s to succeed project is aiming to build the human skills.

The Skill s to succeed project will reach an estimated 163,450 beneficiaries, including 110,000 Next Gen children and 53,450 adults in urban north and south Dhaka and peri urban Chattogram City Corporations. At the end of the project cycle, children will have increased awareness of life skills, STEM, gender equality, digital skills and literacy. Of them, 70,000 children will have improved life skills, growth mindset and digital skills and citizenship. For enduring change, 55,000 VYA will re-enter formal education or have a re-invigorated commitment to education. The project is aiming to build the human skills, growth mindset and technological know-how of deprived in-school and out-of-school Next Gen children ages 10-14 and build a supportive enabling environment around them so they can continuously learn, adapt, and be prepared to take advantage of the jobs of the future. The program will have improved life skills, growth mindset and digital skills and citizenship of 70,000 children . For reaching the large number the project has initiated the offline & Online training . As a part of endeavor an e- learning System has been created for the trainees where they learn & practice in their accessible time. The benefits of using e-learning is to avoid in person contact and children can participate training at their convenient time who have access to internet and devices at their home. Moreover, delivering the training via e-learning provided several benefits over the more traditional in-person approach, including more flexibility in scheduling for teachers and students. Students were able to access the training on their cell phone or other devices with internet during their free time. This flexibility also allowed the program to reach more children who may not have been otherwise able to access the training. Additionally, the e-learning approach is cost efficient, as it requires less time from trainers and no printed training materials. The e- learning system is a self-faced method that has benefits over the more traditional in-person approach.
