This is the Game Plan - the fitness app by Rob Lipsett. If you're looking to gain muscle, lose fat, work out at home, or just get stronger then this is the app for you!

After signing up to Game Plan you'll get access to 12-week guides, detailed and created specifically for you to reach your goals. Each workout is planned and created to push you to your limits. Game Plan lets you track your reps, weights, time, and sets so you can see your growth and so you can continue to push boundaries.

Game Plan has a huge library including hundreds of meals curated to your specific needs. Depending on your goals and diet preferences, we'll create weekly meal plans, full of tasty dishes, and you can also use our shopping list feature to know what ingredients you'll need each week.

Want to learn about macronutrients or supplements?

Game Plan's library of videos from Rob will teach and support you to understand the world of fitness - covering a wide range of topics.
