With serviceAssist, you can in many cases - without the direct assistance of a HOMAG service employee - prevent possible machine malfunctions or remedy them yourself.
As soon as serviceAssist detects unusual changes on a machine or a malfunction occurs, you receive the information via a short push notification. You can then display appropriate and proven suggested solutions in the app — with details of the implementation time involved and the likelihood of the solution eliminating the problem. To provide this service, serviceAssist has access to a large pool of experience and information, which is growing continuously.

FUNCTIONS
• Step-by-step instructions for finding a solution

• If the proposal does not lead to a solution, the user can use the ServiceBoard App to send a completed message to the HOMAG Service department
PREREQUISITES
• Your machine is tapio-connected
• serviceAssist license is assigned to the desired machine in your tapio customer account
serviceAssist is currently only available for selected machine series. Please ask in advance for the availability of serviceAssist for your machines.
