About Push Ups

Push-ups are the main exercise for the upper body.

Push-ups are the main exercise for the upper body. Helps to develop strength and endurance, build muscle, strengthen joints. And, in addition to training the muscles of the upper body, it helps to establish their coordinated work with the muscles of the middle and lower parts of the body.

Workout
