What if you find that the card isn't right for you? No problem: I can update it at any time.

MONITOR YOUR PROGRESS

You will always have your physical activity under control: you will be able to see which exercises are included in your training plan, your progress and how your body changes over time.

The history of your data will allow me to efficiently manage your workouts.

Thanks to the integration with Google Fit, you can also keep track of all your progress in a single screen: steps, calories burned and nutritional data along with those of your workouts!
