And if you discover that the card is not suitable for you? No problem: your trainer can update it at any time.

You will always have your physical activity under control: you will be able to view which exercises are included in your training plan, your progress and how your physique changes over time.

The history of your data will allow your Personal Trainer to efficiently manage your workouts.

Thanks to the integration with Google Fit you will also be able to keep track of all your progress in a single screen: steps, calories burned and nutritional data together with those of your workouts!
