I'm a person who is outgoing , like to know more about hospitality , how to deal with guest complaints and issues, handling customer with care ,having a passion of helping others hope to be the forefront of every action and to be responsible for bringing my organization to another level of success. I believe that as long you have the confidence in you that will bring me far ahead in future .Besides that I like to travel and sightseeing to explore more through the outside world. Lastly the best experience which I've ever had was working in a hotel line from scratch and the stepping stone is there for me to learn and gain a lot of experience how to handle guest ,escort them giving them the enquiries which they need and also knowing what is the act of safety in a hotel , other then that Customer service is one of my passion because I have the soft skills how to handle them in a polite way and I like my job even it is long working hours, whereby I get to know more people in the society level. I'm specialized in mobilization as well and I'm happy if I get to help others I'm willing to give and take in times Having an ambition on my own and being ambitious is an asset and also the priority of me.Person who likes to explore and learn.
