CrossFit 353 represents a new way of training. Our aim is to help you achieve your personal fitness goals in a fun, friendly (and hard working) environment. All the exercises are designed to help you move better on a day-to-day basis.
We program high intensity, constantly varied functional movements into our sessions. This means the workouts are always challenging and you will rarely do the same one twice. At Crossfit 353 we promote living a healthier lifestyle.
Anybody can train a few times a week. The difficult part is maintaining discipline the other 22 hours of the day. Joining a community and training with likeminded people is the first step to achieving your health goals.
