EAS is an innovative employee and family assistance program established by the County of Riverside in 1983.

EAS staff of licensed psychologists and licensed marriage and family therapists has been helping employees and their family members with personal and work-related concerns since it first opened its doors.

We all face challenges at some point in our lives such as job stress and family conflicts. Sometimes we feel so overwhelmed by life’s stresses we don’t know where to turn for help.

Services at EAS are offered to all county employees (fulltime, part-time, per-diem, and TAP), their spouse or partner, and children up to the age of 26, if they are residing at home.

The program is designed to assist all county employees and qualified family members when work or personal issues are affecting their quality of life.
