Is there a chocolate that tastes more intense than the one you have been using regularly? Or that reveals more floral notes? Can you pair your chocolate with white chardonnay wine? Stop wondering and explore Cacao Barry®’s Itinero™. This interactive tool allows you to compose and finetune your favourite chocolate flavour for dark, milk and white chocolate. The app then recommends which Cacacao Barry® chocolate couvertures correspond best with your preferred flavour.

Itinero’s™ pairing guide works in 2 directions: you can start from an ingredient – for instance foie gras. Itinero™ will then guide you to a choice of Cacao Barry’s chocolate couvertures that pair perfectly with your selected ingredient.

For each Cacao Barry’ chocolate formulation, Itinero™ will list a variety of pairing ingredients that match with the sensorial profile of the chocolate.
