With XdaysY Mindfulness Challenge Diary app an everyday practice of Mindfulness is easier. Give it a try, do one little thing every day and notice how you feel after some time. Q: What will challenging myself give me?

A: Mindfulness has been recently proven to improve physical and mental health. During strict medical trials, a group of people practised Mindfulness for a month by daily writing down things that they were grateful for.
