https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fit.yogamonkey.yoga before install and use this plugin.

2. Select the session of "Level 1-2" in YogaMonkey APP, start and enjoy yoga journey afterwards.

== Session Overall Introduction ==

Congratulations! You’ve finished Level 1-1 and now you are starting a new level! Like Level 1-1, this course is also suitable for morning exercise or after a short snap in the noon. It's a good chance to stretch out all of the kinks from the night. This course also gives you calm, quiet time, a brighter mood and long-lasting energy. When you get used to a morning routine, you will find yourself progressing steadily day by day. This yoga session help improve body flexibility of the shoulder muscles, hip joint, and spine

This yoga course for beginners mainly contains several parts: Leg Relaxing, Head to Knee Forward, Half Spinal Twist, Sunretun to Mountain, Standing Supportedsi and Simple Dance Pose. As a piece of soothing music starts, you can focus on your breath and slowly practice the following yoga poses in the video.

Stretch out all of the kinks from the night and start a new day with refreshing mind!
