The application of the provisions of the cultural verses

In the name of of Allah the Merciful

And with it we use it

And blessings and peace be upon the Seal of the Prophets Muhammad, upon the good people of his household, and upon all the prophets and messengers.

The Noble Qur’an is the first and main source of legislation in the Muhammadiyah message to its owner and his family thousands of greetings and peace. The verses that contain Sharia rulings have received special attention by Muslim jurists over the centuries, and they have prepared special study and reference books for them. The number of which came according to the Fiqh Encyclopedia of the Foundation for the Department of Knowledge of Islamic Jurisprudence 103 classified, apart from letters and studies, including:

1. Ayat al-Ahkam, known as the book (Rulings of the Qur’an) by Abu al-Nadr Muhammad ibn al-Sa’ib bin Bishr al-Kalbi, one of the companions of Abu Jaafar al-Baqir and Abu Abdullah al-Sadiq, peace be upon them.

2. Ayat al-Ahkam, which is a book in which Qur’anic verses are collected only without explanation or interpretation. It is in the Imam Reza Al-Salam library.

3. Verses of Ahkam, by Sheikh Ismail bin Ali Naqi al-Tabrizi.

4. Verses of the provisions, for Hajj Sheikh Muhammad Baqir bin Al-Mawla Muhammad Hassan bin Asad Allah bin Abdullah Al-Qaini Al-Birjandi.

5. Verses of the provisions, by the Lord Sharaf al-Din Ali al-Shiftaki.

The commentators of Ayat al-Ahkam have adopted four approaches in their commentaries, which are:

1. Interpretation according to the order mentioned in the Qur’an, and this is presented in light of the verses appearing in the Noble Qur’an in the order of its surahs and verses, starting with praise, the cow, the family of Imran, and so on.

2. Interpretation according to the order of the surahs according to their descent.

3. Interpretation according to the chapters of jurisprudence, which is to follow the order of jurisprudential books that usually divide jurisprudence into four parts: worship, contracts, rhythms, and rulings.

4. Interpretation according to jurisprudential issues on the basis of importance and severity of need according to the requirements of time and place.

The project started as a personal effort, with some dear people consulting about the origin of the project, their proposals on how to present, the research departments, etc.
