[Usage Guide]

You can use DB Insurance's various services related to insurance contract confirmation, insurance premium payment, loans, and compensation more conveniently through the mobile app.

[Available tasks]

1. Contract management

- Contract inquiry, contract conclusion management

- Transfer account registration/change, change of customer information, expansion of short-term driver registration, change of driver range/age special terms

- Insurance premium payment

- Early withdrawal inquiry/application, refund inquiry/application

- Issuance of certificate

2. Loan

- Insurance contract loan application/repayment, interest payment account change, loan remittance account application/change, loan status inquiry

- Credit loan application/repayment, loan status inquiry

- Real estate mortgage loan repayment, loan status inquiry

3. Compensation

- Insurance claim submission, insurance claim document loan, compensation processing details inquiry, information on documents required for insurance claim

- Request for dispatch for car breakdown

4. Insurance products

- Self-simple coverage analysis, car insurance, driver’s insurance, health/child insurance, pension/savings insurance, fire/disaster/pet insurance, travel insurance, etc.

5. Service

- Find branch/service network, visible ARS usage guide, chatbot service guide, mobile insurance policy service, find my PA/compensation representative, events, etc.

6. Certification Center

- Public certificate registration/change/delete, biometric authentication registration/change (KFTC FIDO-based fingerprint recognition service)

For the visible ARS service provided by Colgate Co., Ltd., consent to the use of your information and consent to access rights is required.

If you do not wish to receive the service after agreeing, please contact customer service (080-135-1136).

- Display above other apps

The collected mobile phone number is used only for user identification to provide visible ARS services, and if you do not wish to use it, you will be denied consent by selecting the reject button.

Even if you do not agree to the provision of the service, you can use the app normally.

If you agree to use it, you will be taken to the settings screen to grant necessary permissions and permission to display above other apps.

How to change display permission settings over other apps

Device Settings > Applications > DB Insurance Direct > Display above other apps > Allow permissions On/Off

[Collect list of installed apps]

The DB Insurance app collects/uses/shares information about apps installed on smartphone devices to prevent electronic financial transaction accidents such as voice phishing and malicious apps. (Restrict app use when detecting an app requiring attention)

* In principle, the DB Insurance app does not collect sensitive information that may infringe on the customer's privacy. If necessary, it collects it with the customer's separate consent and uses it only for the purpose of consent.
