Food is such an important subject that it should be worked on in schools, right? But the question remains: would traditional schools cope? Considering the disciplinary prerogative that many of them still have, no, they wouldn't do it.

Food is a vast, diverse, controversial topic. It unites people around communities, but it can also segregate. Food is culture, science, politics. Food is a human condition, and therefore complex.

Well, more than a school, we are a politically committed collective with pedagogical projects around food and its points of contact. We produce engagement campaigns, audiovisual content, artistic projects and, above all, we create welcoming and safe spaces for exchanging knowledge and flavors.
