Anxiety and anxiety disorders are the most common mental health conditions in the field of psychiatry and psychology. There are a variety of tests which measure anxiety but the current gold standard test in psychiatry is the GAD-7 Anxiety Disorder Screening Test.

The GAD-7 is a simple 7 question self-assessment which asks the user to consider how he/she has felt over the past two weeks and then rate the severity of his/her anxious symptoms.

The app includes a detailed definition of clinical anxiety. The app also includes some simple coping techniques for dealing with anxiety and information about medications used in the treatment of anxiety.
