Queue management app during various appointment of visitors in Secretariat

AAS – ( APPOINTMENT, ATTENDANCE AND SERVICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ) has three modules.

Operationalization process of AAS

⦁ Appointment Managements System

when public visit any office and want to meet with any Administrative officer then he has to select Office Detail ( by selecting District Name, Office Name etc ) as well as officer detail ( Name of Officer, Designation etc ) and brief reason for visit ( reason will already available in the system ) then he will get a message which will give approximate time to be taken in meeting process. As well as Administrative Officer/ Help Desk Official may know that how much public is waiting in his office.

• Attendance Managements System

If officer want to hold a meeting with their employee then he has to generate a link by selecting detail of meeting like ( venue of meeting as well as coordinate of place of meeting, date and time of meeting, duration of meeting etc ) Then he will share the link to participants with the help of whatsapp or by SMS. Participants of the meeting will have to register themselves as their consent for attending the meeting. 5 When they visit at the time of meeting, then chairperson has to ask them to enter the ID into app for marking their presence and at last of the meeting again they have to enter the different ID (announced by Chairperson which will generate when Chairperson end the meeting in his app) at the time of leaving of the meeting. The app of Chairperson will keep all the record of participants who were available during the meeting.

• Service ( Crowd and Helpdesk ) Management

System when Public visit any Help Desk Centre for taking any service available in the Centre like SARAL Kendra/ Medical Services etc. Then he has to Select the Centre ID ( by selecting District Name, Centre Name etc ) and desired Scheme/ doctor name which are already available in the app and submit his application. He will get a message/ Token number as well as approximate time to be taken in complete process. This message will also have the detail of desired documents required for the service.
