You will be able to track your improvement in the app through progress photos and measurements. You can log in info such as weights, reps, and rest time when you start a workout.

Nutrition:

Seismic Training will help you with your nutrition plan by providing macros and simple meal plans so you know how much to eat. You can log in your eating and the app will track your macros/calories for you!

Seismic Training is here to make any modification and adjustment needed to your workouts so they fit you better. You are also able to communicate with your trainer directly to address any issue with the workouts.
