This aims to improve quality in public grievance redressal system.

It has been observed that most of the complaints/grievances received by the district and tehsil administration through various mediums like Jansunwai, CM Help Line, Samadhan Diwas etc are related to land and its boundaries measurement disputes and verifications.

In such cases DM/SDM orders the field officer i.e. lekhpal to verify and do the measurements and verifications of the land between parties. Disputed parties often complain about lekhpal not visiting the land physically and filing their reports one-sided in influence of the dominant party. And for the same administration didn’t have any medium to verify that lekhpal actually

visited the disputed land or not. Therefore the need arises of some mechanism with the use of technology to monitor and verify whether the lekhpal has physically visited the disputed land in presence of both the parties involved.

A mobile app is to be developed by NIC Mainpuri wherein the district and tehsil admin can monitor the field visit of the lekhpal. Workflow- The tehsil admin fills the details of disputed land as per the complaints received

from the applicant, from their login. The references are then marked to concerned lekhpal for field verification. The lekhpal then verifies the land and captures images with the parties involved on the disputed land with geo-tagging. The lekhpal then files his observations and submits the reference through his login on mobile app. Observations with images of actions

along with geo-coordinates submitted by lekhpal will be available to tehsil administration to ensure physical verification done. In this way, the objective of app to improve quality in public grievance redressal system by expediting complaint transfer and real time GPS based grievance redressal can be achieved.
