Kind Minds uses a combination of psychological and social work theories and blended interventions to educate our users on common and new stressors and ways to handle these issues better.
We have a wealth of professionals and adults with lived and learned experiences of mental health problems working with us who record and write Vlogs and Blogs based on the A-Z stressors we have initially identified.
As our users identify different and new stressors in their lives- we create and add the current and relevant content to support them around this.
We have partnered with Queens Uni Belfast and ProPeer (immersive technology company) around mindfulness content to raise low mood and also relax the worried mind.
Kind Minds program promotes independent learning and reflection by all participants, however, is facilitated by a trained Informed Minds trainer as well- giving the best opportunity for education, motivation and taking action towards long term change.
