ESCC is an in-house customer management (CRM) application. By using this app, you do not need to register individual customer information in your phone contacts.

- Business data registration management: ESCC allows you to efficiently register and manage business-related data. This allows you to systematically manage customer information, content, contact information, etc.

- Integrated management of business activities: ESCC supports integrated management of business activities. This allows you to efficiently track and manage customer interactions, sales activities, marketing events, and more.

- Opportunity interconnection between business units: ESCC provides the ability to interconnect opportunities between different business units. This helps foster collaboration within your organization and maximize business opportunities.

- Display registration information when receiving a call from a registered number: When receiving a call from a number registered through ESCC, registration information for that number is displayed on the screen. This allows you to instantly view and interact with customer information while on the phone.

※ Note: Why call log permission is needed

- Use READ_CALL_LOG permission to check whether the received phone number is registered in ESCC and display the caller on the screen.
