The App for Athletes. Vertical jump, VMA, strength/speed/fatigue profile
PROJUMP is an application dedicated to athletes invested in their sports practice.
Developed from scientific bases, this application seems essential to the practice of sport at High Level.
Measure all the parameters related to PERFORMANCE: Vertical Detent, V.M.A, Fatigue Profile and Force-Velocity Profile.
Analyze your Athlete Profile as well as your evolution over time to optimize and adjust your training each season!
Vertical trigger
Measure the Maximum Power of the lower limbs of your athletes (or yourself) through Vertical Relaxation Tests according to 3 modalities (C.M.J, DropJump, SquatJump)!
The power of the lower limbs is undoubtedly the most important element in the production of sports performance, for sports with a component of intermittent running (Football, Rugby, Handball, Tennis, etc.) or for continuous running. high intensity (Sprinters or Track cyclists).
This "Power" characterizes your ability to develop the most strength in the shortest time, the more powerful you are the faster you are able to sprint. Determining this value is therefore essential for a LOT of sports.
Forge the first stone of your building, and mark the beginning of a long progression you will be able to analyze regularly during the season, and thus determine the effectiveness of your training method.
V.M.A.
Calculate your V.M.A, famous index indicating the Cardiovascular qualities of an athlete. It allows you to determine your Aerobic Power: the running speed where oxygen consumption becomes maximum: VO2Max.
The more your V.M.A increases, the more your VO2Max also, and therefore the body's ability to consume more oxygen = Greater endurance capacity!
ProJump gives you your V.M.A but also your estimated VO2Max, and this according to your corpulence for maximum precision.
Knowing your V.M.A is ESSENTIAL to modulate your training sessions.
The tests offered by ProJump (Luc Léger & Demi-Cooper) are standardized and very frequently imposed tests for entrance examinations into civil security (Firefighters, Military) and law enforcement (Police, Gendarmerie) professions. ).
Fatigability profile
Analyze how an athlete reacts to fatigue. Note the effects of peripheral (muscular) fatigue on the athlete through the decrease in the parameters of vertical relaxation after a high intensity effort.
Understand if you tire more or less quickly and to what degree. Do you experience a strong decrease in your maximum power fairly quickly or do you manage to keep it as long as possible?
This will give you an index of your Anaerobic Capacity.
It is a DETERMINING training index for disciplines where it is necessary to be able to maintain a very intense pace, or to perform the most high-intensity sprints for longer periods (Matches in team sports, Tennis matches, etc... ).
Force-Velocity profile
Determine your Force-Velocity Profile. Are you more of a "Speedy" or "Strong" type athlete?
A so-called "Speed" Athlete produces a Maximum Power whose Speed parameter is much greater than the Force parameter and vice versa for a "Strong" profile.
The values FO (the maximum force that can be produced without speed) and VO (the maximum speed that can be produced without the action of external forces) are indicators of the degree of intensity.
Being a "Strong" profile yes, but how strong am I? Compare your FO value to that of another person with a "Strong" profile and you will have an indicator of your relative level of strength.
You will therefore have to identify the needs of your discipline to know in which aspect of performance you should be located! You will therefore open up to a new line of work directed precisely to your needs.
